Custom Embroidery

Thread:  We use Isacord thread. We utilize this thread because the color holds far longer then our competitors brands. We will try to match PMS colors as close as possible and if you have a sample of the colors this will help in assuring as close of a match as possible.

Digitizing/Setup charges: Minimum digitizing order is $30.00 for a small hat design. Large Back designs can be as high as $200.00. Please send digitizing artwork as a high resolution jpg, eps or ai file. If you do not have artwork we can send to one of our local artists that we subcontract with. Art Charges are $50 per hour. 3-d Puff Embroidery - For Hats add $4.00 to the cost of the design.

First Names or Numbers (1"-2") - are $4.00

Samples - We provide up to 2 samples free of charge. Additional Samples will be $7.00 a piece.

Customer Provided Garments
Our damage rate is the industry standard. We do our best to avoid mistakes, but needle breaks and other situations do arise and we cannot guarantee that we will not have a problem with a garment. We will replace at market price for basic goods through our own vendors (tee shirts, sweatshirts, caps). Jackets and high end items we will replace up to a maximum of $20.00 per item. Any garments we purchase through our vendors we will replace at no charge to you if a situation arises in the production of the garment.
